Readers may have noticed regular references to Campion College's
Latin and History Summer School, which would be held in Rome from 1-25 July 2012. The intensive, entitled The Christianisation of Pagan Culture
, is at once an academic and cultural immersion course, and promises a more embodied educational experience, as well as a more holistic appreciation of the classics than is possible within the context of a classroom.
